I'm thrilled it's Spring and can't wait to dive into all the wonderful cotton and cotton blends this year. I've also been working on further organizing my studio. Yesterday my husband completed my vision for a works in progress board (see below). I'm a note taker but have never had a good system for keeping my projects in order. I had some empty wall space in my studio and asked my husband to make a pallet background for 4 clipboards. This will allow me to keep my notes separate from each other and make it easier when it comes time to publish them.

I've also been working on a cotton headwrap for those bad hair days and the beach this summer. It's really cute and easy to wear. I chose to do the sample in this yummy Coral Hibiscus color by Florafil. It's a bulky cotton with a twist to it. I'm also going to knit a couple in more neutral tones to match everyday outfits. I've included the pattern below!
As you may now know, I've recently started a Facebook and Instagram page. If you are enjoying my free patterns, it would be a big help to me if you would follow me at any of the links included on this page. It takes a lot of work to develop, loom knit and publish these patterns so please help me to keep it going! You can find the links above my picture (top/right). Please share how you are using my patterns too. THANK YOU!
