Make This elegant Music Sheet Wreath...
I made this wreath 2 years ago and still love it! At the time, there were a few floating around Pinterest made with vintage sheet music. I decided to make my own vintage looking paper by using parchment paper. I went online and found free printable sheet music and put the parchment through my laser printer. It came out great. I aged the paper by burning the edges lightly with a candle (with the help of my hubby) and rubbing it lightly with tan and brown pastels. The result looks pretty authentic! #musicsheetwreath #paperwreathes #papercrafting
This is the back of the wreath. I put a fabric strap on the wood wreath base to act as a hanger. I rolled each piece of paper into a bugle shape and put a dab of hot glue to hold it. I then glued each bugle onto the wood ring in a circular pattern.
This is the bugle shape.
This is the parchment paper I used. You can use pre-printed or vintage music sheets.
I made a center rosette and put a paper rose on top.
This is how I made the rosette: make an accordion with the paper then glue them together in a circular pattern.
